Job description

As a System Administrator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s computer systems and networks. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems and provide technical support to our staff., * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Install and configure software and hardware upgrades
  • Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement new systems and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain inventory of all equipment and software licenses
  • Create and maintain system documentation and user guides

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a system administrator role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Familiarity with network protocols and security (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
