IT Support Specialist

Our IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that our technology systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently., * Provide technical support to all staff members for hardware, software, and network related issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
• Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
• Train and support staff on the use of technology systems and applications
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to current systems

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
