Requirements

10+ years supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments as an IT Systems/Server Administrator. 8+ years implementing and supporting Active Directory Domains, Dell Storage Solutions, VMware, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 (M365), and backup solutions. 8+ years providing direct technical support to business units and stakeholders. 8+ years configuring and supporting Microsoft Office 365 applications. 8+ years managing user accounts and network configurations. 5+ years implementing enterprise security policies and security controls. 5+ years completing infrastructure assessments and developing strategic recommendations and roadmaps. Preferred Experience 5+ years documenting support requirements and procedures. 3+ years providing IT desktop support in a State/Public Sector environment.
