Requirements

6 12 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs
Hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React
Strong knowledge of multithreading and microservices architecture
Good understanding of performance tuning, memory management, and caching mechanisms
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Expertise in messaging and integration technologies (Kafka, JMS, MQ)
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and basic scripting
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern UI development practices
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
Strong experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit)
Familiarity with Git, GitLab/GitHub, Maven
Solid understanding of design patterns and coding best practices
Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
Knowledge of security concepts (OAuth2.0, encryption, SSL, APIs, gateways)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
