Evaluate current technology architectures, processes, and policies against industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulatory frameworks to identify gaps and define future-state roadmaps. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, or industrial security, with significant hands-on experience in OT security. Deep expertise in OT security architecture, including ICS, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networks. Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, Zero Trust concepts, network segmentation, and defense-in-depth for industrial environments. Proven experience defining and executing enterprise or domain-level security roadmaps and leading large-scale security transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of OT security standards and frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO, NERC CIP, where applicable). Experience collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders at senior and executive levels. Ability to translate technical risk into business impact and communicate effectively with leadership and non-technical audiences.
