Requirements

They want someone who can support end users while also building automations, integrations, workflows, and AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual work across the organization. Must-Have Experience:

3+ years of hands-on IT/Systems Engineering experience in a fast-paced tech environment
Experience building workflow automations, integrations, bots, or AI-driven solutions
Strong MacOS support experience
Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, etc.)
Identity and Access Management experience (Okta, SSO, SCIM, provisioning)
Scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, or similar
API integration experience
SaaS administration experience
Strong customer-facing communication and support skills
