Vice President of Digital Marketing

Ready2Ride is the powersports industry’s most innovative marketing and software platform, helping OEMs, dealer groups, and dealerships across the US and Canada grow through DMS-integrated automation, CRM, and data-driven, multi-channel digital marketing. We’re hiring a VP of Digital Marketing to own strategy and performance across every channel and product, lead our in-house and offshore teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our dealer partners., * Own digital strategy across all channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, display, geo-fencing, email/SMS) and all Ready2Ride products, from marketing automation and CRM to full-service campaigns.

• Lead regular digital performance reviews with dealers - presenting results, interpreting data, and turning it into clear recommendations and stronger partnerships.
• Set channel mix, budgets, and KPIs, and optimize spend to maximize ROI across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop the in-house offshore team; partner with the offshore team to build SOPs, playbooks, and quality standards that scale.
• Use 360-degree customer profiles and DMS-integrated data to drive personalization and lifecycle marketing., Own digital strategy for the most innovative platform in powersports, with direct impact on dealer growth across North America - in a fully remote role with the autonomy to shape strategy, team, and standards from day one.

• 7-10 years in digital marketing, including several years leading teams and owning multi-channel strategy.
• Hands-on expertise across SEO, SEM/paid search, paid social, display, and email/SMS.
• Strong analytics and attribution skills; comfortable turning data into decisions.
• Proven client- or partner-facing presence and experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
• Fluency with marketing automation, CRM, and ad platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube).
• Powersports, automotive, dealer/OEM, or agency experience a plus.
