Job Summary: Senior Project Manager II (Sr Proj Mgr II)

• Location: 100% Telecommute (MN0139); up to 10% travel; must work on Hawai’i Standard Time (HST) as needed
• Work Hours: 8am 5pm across HST, PST, MST, EST, with flexibility for HST meetings
• Position Type: Remote, with occasional travel

• Reporting: Reports to hiring manager, takes work direction from Account Manager #### Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver DDI (Design, Development, Implementation) functionality for State Medicaid or large healthcare management projects
• Manage transition from DDI to M&O (Maintenance & Operations) and support ongoing/emerging changes
• Oversee project management for EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) projects, including data migration
• Facilitate client-facing communications, manage risks/issues, and deliver multiple maintenance/enhancement releases annually
• Collaborate with matrixed teams and ensure comprehensive project documentation

5+ years of IT Project Management experience

• 2+ years of client-facing project management experience
• 2+ years hands-on experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 2+ years managing projects for a State Medicaid Agency or large healthcare management organization
• 2+ years managing EDW projects with data migration
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (required)

• Willingness to work on HST and travel up to 10% #### Preferred Skills:

• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
• 2+ years managing projects in the M&O phase #### Top 3 Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
2. 2+ years of client-facing project management experience
3. 2+ years of experience with SDLC and/or State Medicaid Agency project management #### Ideal Candidate Background:

• Strong healthcare or Medicaid project management background
• Proven ability to build collaborative client relationships

• Demonstrated skill in managing risks, issues, and documentation with matrixed teams #### Team Structure:
