Job description

Lead the design and implementation of the Cloud Data Access (CDA) aligned with enterprise modernization goals.
Define target-state architecture integrating Guidewire (PC, BC, DataHub) with cloud data platforms and operational data stores.
Ensure architecture supports high scalability and performance, real-time and batch data processing, and advanced analytics and reporting.
Own end-to-end Guidewire data architecture, including PolicyCenter & BillingCenter data models and DataHub ingestion.
Lead integration patterns between Guidewire and CDA, ensuring data consistency, lineage, and governance.
Drive migration of legacy insurance data systems to CDA platform, overseeing data profiling, cleansing, and transformation.
Lead development of modern ELT pipelines replacing legacy ETL tools, implementing scalable pipelines using cloud-native tools.
Act as the technical lead across cross-functional teams, managing delivery roadmap and milestones.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data platforms.
5+ years in Guidewire ecosystem, with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and Guidewire DataHub., * Strong knowledge of Guidewire data models and integration patterns.
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Expertise in data warehousing and data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL and large-scale data processing.

Qualification And Education:

Strong knowledge of DataHub canonical model and ingestion framework.
Experience with data migration strategies and data quality frameworks.
