SAP

We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production support for our SAP environment while we recruit a full-time replacement for a recently vacated role. This consultant will serve as a key member of the application support team, resolving user issues, troubleshooting system functionality, and supporting business operations across multiple SAP modules. Key Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing application support for SAP users and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP-related production issues.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business teams to address process and system challenges.
• Document support activities, system changes, and resolutions.
• Assist with testing and deployment of SAP enhancements and fixes as needed.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP PP (Production Planning).
• Proven background in SAP application support and issue resolution within a production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText solutions within an SAP environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional SAP processes and integrations.
