QA Engineer (Mobile App Tester) - Fintech Startup Fincrew

We are looking for a QA Engineer / Mobile App Tester to help ensure the quality and stability of our mobile application across all stages of development.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and designers in a fast-paced Agile environment with weekly sprints., * Test mobile applications (iOS and Android)

• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
• Validate new features within weekly sprint cycles
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
• Maintain and update test cases and checklists
• Participate in release testing and quality assurance processes

• min 1 year of experience in software testing (mobile applications preferred)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Experience working in Agile teams (sprints, planning, retrospectives)

Nice to have

• Basic experience with API testing
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Appium, Selenium)
• Experience in fintech or financial applications
• Understanding of security and data protection principles

Languages

• English - required (working proficiency)
• Russian - a plus
