Job description

The IT Analyst I will be responsible for providing technical support to end users as well as remote workers based across the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for employees in a timely manner to meet our SLAs. The role requires technical proficiency and excellent communication skills as the IT Analyst I will interact with users at all levels of the organization., * Provide on-site and remote technical support for end users.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; including desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
  • Resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
  • Install apps and set up desktop and laptop hardware including peripheral devices.
  • Communicate technical information to end users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Take ownership of incidents or requests in ITSM escalated from the IT Service Desk and document all technical support activities in the ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge articles and other support documentation.
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Do you have experience in IT support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; working toward or in possession of a technical degree or certification preferred 2+ years of experience in desktop support, including experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications and desktop hardware. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills., * IT support: 1 year (Required)
