Job description

7+ yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Strong Java Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using modern Java technologies.Key Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize robust microservices using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and production-ready code.
  • Design and implement scalable REST/gRPC APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
  • Mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Core Java (multithreading, collections, JVM).
  • Excellent hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
  • Solid experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
  • Good knowledge of Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and Redis is preferred.
  • Strong testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).

Preferred

  • Java 21 features (Virtual Threads, Records, etc.)
  • Reactive programming (WebFlux)
  • Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture

Benefits & conditions

$45 - $50 an hour - Contract
