ICT Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ICT (In-Circuit Test) Test Engineer to join our manufacturing and quality assurance team. In this role, you will design, develop, and troubleshoot automated test programs and hardware fixtures to ensure the highest quality of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). You will work closely with design and production teams to maximize fault coverage, optimize manufacturing yields, and perform root-cause analysis on electronic components.

• Test Development: Write, debug, and optimize ICT programs using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Keysight 3070, Teradyne TestStation).
• Fixture Design: Collaborate with vendors to design, review, and validate mechanical test fixtures and press-on tools.
• Failure Analysis: Analyze test yield data and perform root-cause analysis on failed components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and schematics.
• Design for Test (DFT): Review early-stage schematics and layouts to provide DFT feedback, ensuring adequate test point placement.
• Yield Improvement: Track First Pass Yield (FPY) metrics and implement continuous improvements to minimize false failures and test time.
• Maintenance & Support: Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated test equipment (ATE) on the production floor.

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in ICT program development and manufacturing test environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit theory, schematic reading, and component datasheets.
• ATE Platforms: Proficiency with Keysight (Agilent) 3070, Teradyne, or TRI ICT systems.
• Additional Testing: Experience with Boundary Scan (JTAG) testing and functional test

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
