Remote Senior SIEM Engineer

Peraton is seeking a Senior SIEM Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise logging and observability transformation. This individual will play a key role in the migration from Splunk to Coralogix while helping design, implement, and optimize OpenTelemetry-based telemetry pipelines across a cloud-native AWS environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SIEM engineering experience, strong OpenTelemetry expertise, enterprise logging knowledge, and experience working with modern observability platforms such as Coralogix, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or Sumo Logic., 8+ years of Security Engineering, SIEM Engineering, or Observability Engineering experience

-Strong Splunk engineering background

-Experience implementing, deploying, or integrating OpenTelemetry (OTeL)

-Experience with observability platforms such as:

-Coralogix

-Datadog

-Dynatrace

-New Relic

-Sumo Logic

-AWS cloud experience

-Enterprise logging and telemetry experience

-Client-facing communication skills

-Project management / implementation experience
