  • Develop comprehensive financial plans that incorporate wills, trusts, asset management, and cash flow analysis
  • Educate clients on securities law, industry regulations, and financial compliance to ensure ethical and legal standards are met
  • Manage investment portfolios by analyzing financial markets, conducting research, and recommending suitable asset allocations
  • Maintain strong client relationships through personalized service, regular reviews, and proactive communication
  • Stay current with industry knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and new financial software tools to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with legal and tax professionals to optimize estate plans and ensure compliance with relevant laws

Requirements

  • Proven experience in wealth management, financial sales, or investment client management
  • Strong understanding of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and securities law
  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as portfolio management, cash management, accounting, and public accounting practices
  • Familiarity with FINRA regulations and industry standards for financial compliance
  • Excellent analytical skills in financial analysis, research, and technical accounting software applications
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to diverse clients
  • Relevant certifications such as FINRA licenses or industry-specific credentials are highly desirable
