Agricultural Systems Specialist

This position spends a significant amount of time with the outdoor operational crews as well as maintaining supporting systems. This position is responsible for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of systems in order to support business and agricultural needs. Some of the job functions include:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain GPS tracking, ELD tablets, and fuel card systems.
• Set up and maintain radios, devices, and payroll tracking systems to support the field and business operations.
• Oversee telematics for accurate vehicle and equipment monitoring.
• Assist with training for foremen.
• Create PTI, shed, and harvest labels, ensuring data accuracy for sales and production.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide technical after-hours troubleshooting as needed.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English, bi-lingual in Spanish required

Physical Demands and Work Environment: This role requires regular standing, walking, sitting, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Some local travel is required to run errands to fields or other company locations as needed. Primary work occurs in an office with low physical risk.
