Service Coordinator - HVAC - Data Centers

XNRGY Climate Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to support our growing Field Service team. In this role, you will coordinate start-ups, commissioning activities, service requests, rework, and technician readiness for mission-critical data center projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Field Service teams, you will help ensure projects stay on schedule while delivering an exceptional customer experience., * Coordinate incoming service requests, warranty claims, parts, and documentation requests.

• Support start-up and commissioning activities by tracking schedules, documentation, and project readiness.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
• Track rework items, punch lists, parts availability, and project completion.
• Partner with Workforce Management to coordinate technician travel, site readiness, and deployment.
• Prepare project updates, maintain service dashboards, and communicate status to internal stakeholders.
• Escalate scheduling, documentation, or material issues that could impact project timelines.

• 3-5 years of experience in service coordination, project coordination, customer support, or operations within HVAC, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, or service management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites as needed.
• Experience supporting field service or commissioning teams is preferred.
• Spanish or French is a plus but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
