Web Designer

Duties

• Design and maintain modern, responsive websites for Mint CRM and affiliated businesses.
• Develop visually appealing landing pages and website layouts.
• Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Update website content, graphics, images, and promotional materials.
• Improve website performance, speed, accessibility, and user experience.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Work closely with management and the marketing team to develop new web content and features.
• Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on performance.
• Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance and updates.

• Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing.
