Job description

One of Insight Global’s largest pediatric health system clients is seeking a PACS Analyst/Imaging Informatics Specialist to support enterprise cardiology and imaging systems. This role provides day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Syngo Dynamics PACS to ensure reliable access to cardiology imaging and clinical data. This person will collaborate with cardiology clinical teams to maintain device integration, data integrity, and efficient procedural workflows. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, system upgrades, interface monitoring, and issue resolution across cardiology imaging platforms. The position works closely with IT, cardiology, and clinical operations to deliver stable, secure, and patient-centered imaging technology solutions. This position is hybrid, with 2 days remote and 3 days/week onsite in Wilmington, DE.

Requirements

Working knowledge of PACS, including workflow support and troubleshooting

Proficiency with HL7/DICOM interfaces

Ability to collaborate effectively with cardiology clinicians, vendors, and IT teams in a hospital setting

Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s preferred Experience supporting GE MacLab and cardiology device integrations

Experience supporting MUSE and additional Cardiology Clinical Applications
