Job description

We are seeking an experienced ERP consultant to assist with implementations, client support, business process consulting, and system optimization for chemical manufacturers using DatacorERP (formerly Chempax). This is a hands-on consulting role requiring someone who can work directly with clients, understand manufacturing operations, and independently solve complex ERP issues., * Lead client working sessions

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Configure DatacorERP
  • Troubleshoot functional issues
  • Develop process improvements and best practices
  • Assist with testing and user training
  • Create documentation and training materials
  • Work directly with client management and end users
  • Collaborate with other consultants on implementation projects

Requirements

Must Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with DatacorERP (ChempaxVB)
  • Experience supporting chemical manufacturing or process manufacturing companies
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Inventory Management
  • Purchasing
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Production / Batch Manufacturing
  • Lot Tracking
  • Quality Control
  • Costing
  • Accounting integration
  • Ability to troubleshoot ERP issues independently
  • Experience configuring DatacorERP to meet customer requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Crystal Reports
  • Microsoft Access
  • SQL Server / T-SQL
  • Power BI
  • Stimulsoft Reports
  • Custom reporting and dashboards
  • API integrations
  • Manufacturing process improvement
  • ERP implementations or migrations, The ideal candidate is someone who:
  • Can quickly understand manufacturing processes
  • Is comfortable working directly with clients
  • Takes ownership of problems until resolved
  • Is organized and self-motivated
  • Enjoys solving difficult ERP challenges
  • Can manage multiple client projects simultaneously
