Java Technical Lead only on W2

Architecture & Design:

• Design system architecture and write technical specifications for enterprise products.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Java developers

  conduct code reviews

  and oversee sprint deliverables.

• Hands-On Coding: Participate in complex programming

  refactoring

  and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

• Quality Assurance: Ensure CI/CD pipelines

  automated testing

  and TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices are utilized.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align technical solutions with business requirements and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Typically 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.

• Core Technologies: Advanced proficiency in Core Java

  J2EE

  and enterprise frameworks like Spring

  Spring Boot

  Hibernate

  or JPA.

Databases & Cloud:

• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL

  Oracle

  MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS

  Azure

  or GCP).

Infrastructure & Tools:

• Experience with event streaming (Kafka)

  build tools (Maven

  Gradle)

  and version control (Git).

Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving| communication| and project management capabilities
