Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SAP Varicent Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support SAP Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in compensation plan design, data modeling, calculations, reporting, and system integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable incentive compensation solutions that align with organizational goals., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of IT experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Varicent or SAP Incentive Management.
  • Strong experience with:
  • SAP Varicent ICM
  • Compensation Plan Configuration
  • Pipeline Manager
  • Composer
  • Data Modeling
  • Calculation Engine
  • Workflow Configuration
  • Strong SQL development and database experience.
  • Experience with system integration and ETL processes.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Benefits & conditions

$60 - $65 an hour - Contract
