Job description

We are looking for a strong SAP Incentive Management Consultant with hands-on experience implementing SAP Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions / CallidusCloud Commissions).

  • Commission Calculations
  • SAP CX / SAP Integration

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * End-to-end implementation experience

  • Strong functional and configuration knowledge
  • Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
  • Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
  • Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support

Preferred Experience:

  • Multiple full lifecycle implementations
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders
  • Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems
  • SQL and data migration experience preferred
