Job description

The primary responsibility of the Support Specialist for Core Integration Services is to facilitate the integration of 3rd Party vendors and their services into the McLeod Software portfolio of software service suites. This includes the implementation of end-to-end data flow for all licensed modules.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement, configure, and support third-party integrations across the McLeod Software platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration, data communication, and system connectivity issues.
  • Support customer upgrades, server migrations, and interface changes.
  • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions, gather requirements, and drive successful integration projects.
  • Conduct customer training and provide technical guidance on integration functionality and best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and assist with testing for product enhancements and custom solutions.
  • Stay current on McLeod products, integration technologies, and industry trends while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of customer software support, implementation, or training experience, or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, required.
  • Working knowledge of XML, Java, SQL, database operations, or related technologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the transportation industry, preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience with third-party software integrations or APIs.
  • Transportation or logistics industry experience.
