Requirements
Advanced React & React Native development using TypeScript, building reusable, performant UI components across web and mobile Strong front end and full stack architecture skills grounded in OOP, clean code, and separation of concerns Experience managing and scaling monorepos (Turborepo / Nx), including shared libraries, task pipelines, and dependency boundaries Proficient state management with MobX, designing predictable, maintainable application state Type safe, scalable styling using vanilla extract, including theming and design tokens Testing expertise with Jest, covering unit and integration tests with a quality first mindset Package and dependency management using npm & pnpm, including workspace configuration and version hygiene Strong Git & GitHub workflows: PR reviews, branching strategies, and CI collaboration in large teams Focus on performance, maintainability, and developer experience across the stack
