  • Storage design (Server Host, SAN or NAS), backup, and disaster recovery planning
  • Azure and AWS architecture recommendations; OT/SCADA and NAS server design
  • Proposal support: review customer specifications, respond to RFIs and submittals, develop bills of material and design documentation

Configuration & Deployment:

  • Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, and storage configuration with security hardening
  • Certificate, DNS, and NTP deployment
  • Active Directory management: users, groups, service accounts, passwords, Group Policy, and OU administration
  • Cybersecurity: CIS benchmark implementation, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, patching, and audit logging
  • Azure tenant and VM deployment, including backup, monitoring, identity, and network coordination

Site Commissioning (CX):

  • Server startup, domain validation, and troubleshooting of AD, DNS, certificates, Group Policy, and VMs
  • OS, SQL, and performance troubleshooting; event log and service analysis
  • User and permission management (create, modify, remove accounts; reset passwords)
  • Redundancy validation: server, hypervisor, backup, and restore failover; disaster recovery testing
  • Customer training (server and administrator) and handoff documentation

Operational Support (Post-CX):

  • Lifecycle management: Windows patching, firmware, BIOS, and hypervisor updates; end-of-life and capacity planning; server health monitoring
  • Incident response for server and AD outages, authentication, storage, and VM failures, and performance issues
