Job description

DB Data Consulting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sports Betting Analyst to assist with researching sporting events, identifying value opportunities, tracking betting markets, and maintaining accurate records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys statistics, sports, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Research upcoming sporting events and betting markets.
  • Collect and organize statistical data.
  • Monitor odds movement across sportsbooks.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assist with identifying potential betting opportunities based on established criteria.
  • Perform quality control on betting records and reports.
  • Complete other analytical and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of major U.S. sports is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Reliable internet connection and computer., * Experience with sports statistics or sports analytics.
  • Familiarity with betting markets and odds is a plus.
  • Experience using data visualization or database software is beneficial.
