Document Conversion Specialist

• Respond to client emails, phone calls and processing needs
• Compare client-supplied Word documents to the internal documents to insure consistency.
• Convert and modify Word and Excel documents into the SEC’s HTML compliant EDGAR format through the use of proprietary software
• Stay current with continued trainings RDG provides

• A high attention to detail
• Be a self-motivated, independent operator
• Have the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong communication skills for contact with clients and coworkers via phone, email and Teams
• Strong keyboard/touch typing skills. Ability to operate office equipment essential to the position
• Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Great communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work additional hours during busy seasons and some holidays
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business a plus
• Understanding of the SEC & Corporate Filing industry is a plus

We’re looking for talented individuals with a great eye for detail and strong computer skills who can use our proprietary software to prepare client documents into compatible HTML for SEC submission.
