Lead Data Scientist

Seeking a senior-level architect/engineer to design and build AI-powered customer experience (CX) platforms using Agentic AI, LLMs, and the Google Cloud AI ecosystem. The role requires both strategic architecture leadership and hands-on development.

Candidate should demonstrate experience with:

Multi-agent systems and autonomous agents Agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel CrewAI AutoGen Vertex AI Agent Builder Tool-calling agents and workflow automation RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Prompt engineering LLMs such as Gemini/PaLM

Google Cloud AI Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with:

Vertex AI (Gemini/PaLM) Dialogflow CX Agent Builder BigQuery Pub/Sub Cloud Run GKE Cloud Functions

Strong Agentic AI expertise Deep GenAI/LLM and RAG experience Extensive Google Cloud (Vertex AI) experience Customer Experience / Contact Center background Hands-on architect who still codes Strong system design and microservices knowledge Leadership and mentoring experience
