We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and motivated Administrator to become an essential part of our growing security company in Mallusk, Newtownabbey. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally.
• Maintaining company databases
• Maintaining filing system both electronic and paper based.
• Compiling Sales Specifications
• Carry out any other administrative duties required to support the business

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
• Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Experience within the security industry is an advantage, but not essential-we value the right attitude just as much as experience.
