Job description
- Lead planning and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects
- Manage projects across ERP, EPM, SCM, and FDI domains
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and resource plans
- Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful outcomes
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
- Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide status reporting to leadership
- Drive change management and adoption strategies
- Ensure integration with existing healthcare systems and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies based on project needs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing healthcare ERP solutions
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementations or optimization initiatives
- Strong knowledge of:
o Oracle Fusion ERP
o Oracle Fusion EPM
o Oracle Fusion SCM
o Oracle Fusion FDI / analytics
- Experience leading cross-functional, complex IT projects
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with healthcare finance, supply chain, and operational workflows
- Experience with cloud ERP integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture
