IT Support Technician (Level 1)

Reboot First IT Services is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) serving businesses throughout New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. What You’ll Do

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide technical support both from our Littleton office and at client locations. Every day brings something different, giving you opportunities to expand your technical knowledge while working alongside experienced engineers.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide Level 1 technical support for business clients
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support Microsoft 365 users and cloud services
• Deploy and configure new computers and mobile devices
• Install hardware and software at client locations
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity
• Document work thoroughly within our ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate while continuing to learn from senior technicians
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service during every interaction
• Assist with special projects and technology rollouts, Candidates with CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or other relevant IT certifications are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment

• Approximately 60% office-based
• Approximately 40% onsite at client locations
• Daily reporting to our Littleton office
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Overtime available when needed

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Basic networking knowledge
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Experience working in an MSP is a plus but not required.

Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
