IT Field Technician

• Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on Dell laptops
• Troubleshoot and repair printers (various models)
• Replace components such as hard drives, SSDs, RAM, motherboards, keyboards, screens, and power supplies
• Perform system testing after repairs to ensure full functionality
• Follow manufacturer service manuals and technical documentation
• Maintain proper documentation for each completed ticket (including notes, serial numbers, and photos when required)
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Complete assigned tickets within agreed timeframes while maintaining high service quality

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician to support on-site service calls in the Nampa, Idaho area. The primary focus will be Dell laptop diagnostics, repair, and printer servicing., * Proven experience in laptop and printer repair (Dell experience preferred)

• Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and follow service manuals
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must have basic toolkits and a smartphone with internet access
