Job description

LabVIEW Development Engineer is responsible for further development of our current technologies., + Develop enhancements to LabVIEW HMI/GUI software

Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in an engineering or computer science related field.
10+ years’ experience with LabVIEW development including the following:
Experience in LabVIEW legacy and refactoring.
Experience with real-time control systems.
Experience building HMIs/GUIs.
Experience in developing bidirectional cross platform communications for data and control
Experience with remote communications such as RS-232, GPIB and USB protocols.
Experience in data curve fitting functions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Labview is required for this role
Strong experience editing and maintaining existing code bases
Strong experience assembling and troubleshooting basic electrical and mechanical hardware; and electrical instrumentation (oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies etc.)
Strong experience implementing data-logging
Strong experience in software integration role working with ISO 13485 standards
