Senior Data Engineer - INTL Brazil

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join their team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the procurement data pipelines for Oldcastle ABP. On a day-to-day basis, this person will be responsible for collecting invoicing data, using Python to clean the data, and then building a data pipeline to be imported into Snowflake. Specifically, this person will be heavily utilizing Azure ADF as an ETL tool for data collection to be transported onto Snowflake. Additionally, this person will be expected to communicate with high-level stakeholders to translate their data analysis into business solutions and insights. Pay rate for this position is between $28 and $31/hr.

7+ years of experience in data engineering

• Proficiency in utilizing Azure ADF as an ETL/pipeline building tool

• Expertise in SQL

• Proficiency in Python scripting for data clean up

• Experience with dbt Labs

• Good communication/business acumen

• Will be working with high level stakeholders for requests

• Will need to be able to communicate how data translates into business solutions and insights
