Network & Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator

MBIT Group is seeking an experienced Network & Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to design, deploy, secure, and maintain client IT environments. This role is responsible for network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, DNS and email security, cybersecurity best practices, and advanced troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple client environments, and providing high-level technical expertise to both clients and fellow engineers., * Deploy, configure, and maintain business network infrastructure.

• Configure and support Ubiquiti UniFi gateways, switches, wireless access points, and VPNs.
• Design and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, firewall rules, and network segmentation.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments including:
• Exchange Online
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Teams
• Intune
• Conditional Access
• Multi-Factor Authentication
• Perform Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure and maintain email security solutions.
• Manage DNS records including:
• SPF
• DKIM
• DMARC
• MX
• TXT
• CNAME
• Troubleshoot mail flow, authentication, and domain reputation issues.
• Configure and maintain cybersecurity solutions including:
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
• Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
• Security monitoring
• Email filtering
• Deploy and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Work with Windows Server environments including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V, and file services.
• Document client environments using IT documentation platforms.
• Assist help desk technicians with escalated issues.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, and client onboarding.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 5+ years in Network Administration or Systems Administration
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Advanced networking knowledge
• Experience supporting multiple business clients (MSP experience preferred)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
