Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with a background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple client environments (or complex internal environments), has strong hands-on Microsoft administration skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, ticket-driven support setting., * Provide Tier 2/3 system administration support across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD/Entra environments

• Design, deploy, and maintain SharePoint sites and site collections for internal teams and/or clients
• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security and configuration standards
• Configure and manage device policies, compliance, and app deployment through Microsoft Intune
• Monitor system performance, backups, and security across servers and endpoints
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory / Entra ID)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and IT projects as assigned

• 3-5 years of relevant System Administrator experience
• Prior experience working at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting multiple clients or environments
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Hands-on experience creating and managing SharePoint sites
• Proven experience creating and managing Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance
• Solid understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, or similar)
• Experience with RMM and PSA tools commonly used in MSP environments
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation
• Exposure to Azure infrastructure and networking fundamentals
