Job description

  • Hands-on development: You contribute to building modern applications and services using technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Work on scalable systems: Together with your team, you design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable services for a global user base.
  • Turn data into products: You help transform complex meteorological and geospatial datasets into high-quality, intuitive web and mobile applications.
  • Modernize existing systems: You support the transition from legacy PHP-based applications to modern architectures and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js
  • Solid understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience working in Linux environments
  • Basic to solid database knowledge, ideally PostgreSQL
  • Broad technical interest and willingness to learn across the stack
  • Experience with geospatial data is a plus
  • Very good English skills; German is a plus

Benefits & conditions

The annual gross salary for this position starts at €40,347.58. Depending on your experience and qualifications, the typical range for this role is €50,000 to €60,000.
