Job description

  • Support in research projects in the field of secure software development
  • Programming and debugging tasks (e.g., in Java or C/C++)
  • Collaboration in the analysis and preparation of research results
  • Literature research as well as support in the creation of reports and presentations
  • Opportunity to contribute to tools for the analysis and detection of software vulnerabilities

Requirements

  • Enrolled student of computer science, IT security, or a related field
  • Solid programming skills in Java and/or C/C++
  • Background in software engineering (e.g., through lectures, internships, or participation in open source projects)
  • Knowledge of static or dynamic program analysis desirable but not mandatory
  • Good German and English skills, spoken and written
  • Ability to work in a team and interest in scientific work
