Job description

We are looking for a Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team and play a key role in an ongoing VMware to OpenShift migration. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working as part of a strong, cross-functional team.

Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day infrastructure operations while contributing to the design, automation, and optimization of our evolving platform. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from traditional virtualization to a container-based ecosystem.

Experience with TACACS, OpenLDAP, or Active Directory.
Familiarity with Pomerium.
Windows infrastructure administration experience.
Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization platforms.

Experience with DNS services such as PowerDNS or similar.
Proficiency in Ansible and Git-based DevOps practices.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK/ELM stack, Grafana, Syslog).
Knowledge of security practices, including Fortigate and system hardening.
Basic networking knowledge (switching and routing).
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
