Digital Transformation Engineer

What you will be doing as a Digital Transformation Engineer

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from planning through to release and optimisation;
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution;
• Ensure solutions meet quality, compliance, and user acceptance standards;
• Deliver training materials, user guides, and system documentation;
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data security standards;
• Maintain secure handling of system credentials and sensitive data.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Transformation Engineer to support the delivery and ongoing management of our digital platforms and systems., * Experience supporting digital or systems-based projects;

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and task management tools;
• Awareness of APIs, integrations, and data structures;
• Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables;
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
