Software Technician

Local computer software company is seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide support to users in the health care profession. Microsoft certifications are a plus. Experience in the following is needed:

Windows Server

SQL Server

Remote Desktop

Internet Information Services (IIS)

Security and HIPAA Compliance

Technicians’ daily activities include answering phone calls and assisting customers in resolving issues related to the EZBIS applications, loading updates, diagnosing and repairing data errors and performance issues, etc. New hires receive in house training on the EZBIS Office program and all other computer applications and systems needed to perform the daily tasks, including GoldMine contact manager, Tele-Support HelpDesk and ConnectWise online support tools.

E-Z BIS has been developing and marketing software that is specific to the chiropractic industry since 1980. Our office suite includes features for Accounting, Patient Billing, Insurance billing (both paper and electronic), Appointment scheduling, Open-Item accounting, Automated SOAP notes, and a vast array of reporting features.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• SQL: 3 years (Preferred)
• Technical support: 3 years (Preferred)
• Windows: 5 years (Preferred)
