Senior Web Designer

We are looking for a senior web designer who can own visual direction on marketing sites, product UI, and brand systems for our clients. You will work directly with the founder and other team members to define the look and feel of each project, translate it into a working design in Figma, and partner with developers to see it shipped without losing the details. This is not a template role - every project starts from research and ends with something specific to that client., * Lead visual direction on 2-4 concurrent client projects

• Own Figma files from moodboard through polished, dev-ready screens
• Establish or extend brand systems: type, color, spacing, components
• Review design implementations and QA with developers
• Present design work directly to clients and defend the decisions

• 5+ years of web / product design experience
• Portfolio showing distinct, well-executed visual direction - not templates
• Strong typography, spacing, and hierarchy fundamentals
• Fluent in Figma, comfortable with component libraries and design tokens
• Comfortable working async and communicating clearly in writing

NICE TO HAVES

• ·Experience shipping product UI, not just marketing sites
• ·Background in motion / interaction design
• ·Basic HTML/CSS/Tailwind literacy
