Requirements

We are specifically seeking engineering-focused candidates-not developers-who have strong hands-on experience with enterprise services and cloud environments. These individuals should be capable of managing multiple enterprise-grade services and must have a solid understanding of service performance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and SLA adherence. A key responsibility for these roles will be supporting the transition of on premises services into the cloud.

Candidates with strong backgrounds in the following areas are typically the best fit for our needs:

  • Tanium

  • LoginVSI

  • Cayosoft

  • 1E

  • SL1 / Voss

  • Kion

  • Splunk

  • Azure performance monitoring

  • Citrix VDI

  • Windows desktop engineering, including troubleshooting and debugging the boot process for Continual Service Improvement

  • Active Directory Engineering / Entra Engineering
