Scala - AI Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Scala-AI Senior Software Engineer with 8 12 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Scala, distributed systems, and AI-assisted development tools. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about leveraging AI to accelerate software delivery and engineering productivity. Required Skills

• 8 12 years of end-to-end software development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Scala development
• Strong knowledge of Akka, Cats, Cats Effect, ZIO, Play Framework, SBT
• Expertise in Microservices, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, CQRS
• Advanced SQL, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data processing
• Experience with TDD, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
• Hands-on with Claude (Anthropic), Cursor, Windsurf, AI-assisted development workflows
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform/Pulumi
• Monitoring tools: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
• Strong mentoring, communication, and leadership skills
