DATA ANALYST

As a Data Analyst at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform our decision-making processes. Your work will directly impact our ability to provide the best possible care to our patients and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations., * Collect and organize data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases

• Analyze data using statistical methods and data visualization tools to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems to track and report on key performance indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights to inform decision-making
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of patient information

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Experience with electronic health records and healthcare data standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
