Job description
We’re looking for a Senior WMS Engineer (Infios/Körber/HighJump) to help build the next generation of our warehouse and vault management platform. You’ll deliver custom WMS solutions, partner closely with product and operations teams, and build the technology behind one of the world’s largest collectibles vaults.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and configure Infios WMS (formerly Körber/HighJump) solutions that align with business goals and drive operational success.
- Build, configure, and manage API endpoints using API Designer to enable seamless system integrations.
- Create custom features, reports, and workflows within Infios WMS to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and refine warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, to maximize productivity.
- Continuously monitor and tune Infios WMS performance to maintain optimal system reliability and performance.
- Partner with warehouse managers, product managers, and IT teams to translate requirements into practical, value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to identify root causes, resolve challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver reliable technical support and proactive system maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 4 years of proven success in developing and implementing Infios/Körber/HighJump WMS solutions.
- Extensive experience with Advantage Architect, Page Editor, and other Infios WMS tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS SQL Server, including expertise with complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at troubleshooting complex system issues.
- Demonstrated expertise in WMS solution design, implementation, and long-term support.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and system stability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Infios/Körber/HighJump certification(s) is a valued plus.
