Job description

Customer Requests

  • Answer inbound customer calls as well as respond to customer voicemails with friendly communication skills.
  • Respond to customer emails in a timely manner with professional written skills.
  • Conduct various outbound call campaigns as required, including credit card failures, win back campaigns, and welcome campaigns.

Front Door and Front Office Management

  • Greeting visitors at our front door and delivering exceptional assistance; addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Operating Systems

  • Willingness to learn and operate in various ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Netsuite and our custom built CRM.
  • Operate in various email support inboxes, live chat, Google reviews and other systems as needed.

Order Entry

  • Enter direct and consumer orders as needed including phone orders, etc.
  • Help with sample and donation requests.

Team Support:

  • Other duties include: dealing with charge backs, UPS/USPS claims, returned packages, office managerial tasks and errands as requested, providing support to our production and accounting teams, etc.

Requirements

We are currently looking for “The Voice” of our company. This individual will be responsible for all inbound/outbound communications with our customers, as well as face to face interaction with visitors to our building. Must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to multi-task and reprioritize as the company needs change. Must live the core values of our company: have an ownership mindset, ability to delight customers and create WOW experiences, be a team player, become a coffee expert and have fun., * 2+ years customer service related experience.

  • 1+ years food, beverage experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of Web technologies required, including email, order entry and customer relationship management tools.
  • A strong self-starting work ethic, detail oriented, and ability to effectively multi-task and deliver results.
  • Experience in and willingness to deescalate customer situations as needed.
  • Conducting yourself in a professional, friendly manner with customers and coworkers.
  • Drivers license required to run office errands as requested.
  • Fluent in English, excellent verbal and writing skills required. Bilingual in Spanish desired, not required.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday at our Denver location.
