212° Wellness, a fast-paced integrative wellness clinic, is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and client-centered professional to join our team as a Low Level Laser Therapy Technician & Front Desk Coordinator. This dynamic hybrid role combines clinical support with administrative and sales responsibilities, contributing directly to the smooth operations and continued growth of our wellness practice.
We are especially interested in applicants with a background in health, fitness, and wellness.
Hours: 30-32 hours weekly (Firm)
Core Responsibilities:
- Welcome, check-in, and assist clients during appointments
- Perform Low Level Laser Therapy sessions (training provided; self-guided study may be required)
- Educate clients on supplements and treatment options within scope of practice
- Support administrative functions including client scheduling, check-out, payment processing, and follow-up using MindBody
- Ensure timely treatment room sanitation and turnover
- Maintain client records, progress tracking, and account databases
- Oversee inventory and support payroll accountability and reporting
- Conduct client consultations and close sales for treatments such as LLLT, Zerona Body Sculpting, Rolfing, and other modalities
- Handle daily communications: client outreach, emails, follow-ups, and invoice tracking
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts, including social media and content creation
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a health-related field; Bachelorâs degree strongly preferred
- Background in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or medical sales
- Working knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proven sales ability (medical sales highly preferred)
- Professional presence and strong client communication skills
- Proficiency with MindBody, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms), Microsoft Office, and Canva
- Minimum 1 year experience in payment processing / POS (MindBody a plus)
- Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in wellness clinics, spas, or fitness/sports facilities
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
- Flexibility with scheduling and comfort in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Highly reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
- Supporting clients with varying mobility or physical limitations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in:
- Health coaching, nursing, esthetics, exercise science, biomedical engineering, biomedical sciences, or personal training
- Holistic/integrative wellness environments
- Social media marketing, video editing, or digital content creation
- Familiarity with client block scheduling, * Warm, welcoming, and service-oriented demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural team player
- Able to anticipate client and clinic needs with a âwork smarter, not harderâ mindset
- Adaptable and solution-focused with excellent time management
- Committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, client care, and confidentiality
- Passionate about health, wellness, and innovative healing technologies
